The MylesStone Venue is the event space for all of your celebration needs. Whether you are looking for a space to host an anniversary party, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, family reunion, holiday party, Celebration of Life, or
corporate event.

What's Included

The Charming venue is over 5,000 sq ft with a courtyard great for photos, and entertaining. 

150 White Chiavari Chairs with cushion seats, seating for 150 guests (we want everyone to be comfortable)

​25 - 60" Round Tables seating up to 8 (this is the most common size for receptions)

50 White Folding Chairs with cushion seats (These can be used in the Courtyard)

10 - 30" Round, Adjustable height cocktail tables (great for indoor or outdoor entertaining)

Kylee's Decor Collection (access to all decor we have in inventory. (Inventory always growing... I LIKE to Shop)

Climate Control (there is 4 HVAC systems to keep you & your guest cool and warm)

$100 for each additional hour up to a total of 6 hours

Thank you for choosing The MylesStone Venue for your event. To request your booking date, please check the availability here on the calendar and fill out the request form. You will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours. Please note that you have to pay the full amount within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. The payment is non-refundable. General Questions

  • How long is the rental day?

The venue rental starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. on Sundays, we will only host one event per day!

  • What is the capacity?

The maximum capacity is 150 guests including host and vendors.

  • What dates are available?

  • How do I reserve a date?​

To reserve a date. Please call 731-318-2588. You will receive a confirmation email and payment must be received within 7 days.​

  • When are the payments due?

Payment due within 7 days after receiving the confirmation email and mailed to: The MylesStone Venue 3375 Clay Farm Rd., Atwood, TN 38220​

  • Do I need to schedule a tour, or can I just stop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can request a tour here​. Or call 731-318-2588.

  • What form of payment does The MylesStone Venue accept?

Cash or check​!

​

  • What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

You will have access to the venue at time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!​​​​

​

  • Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers, etc. from the ceiling?

We do not allow for anything to be hung from walls or ceilings. No tape, nails or thumbtacks!​

​

  • Do I have to clean up?

YES!!​ We kindly ask that you "leave it as you found it". All trash must be cleaned up and placed in the provided trash cans. Excessive spills must be cleaned up. (Brooms and mops are located in the closet for your use, if needed). The MylesStone Venue staff will do the rest.

  • What space do I have access to at the venue?

All access to venue and courtyard.

​

  • Do I need to cover the tables with table covers?

YES! ​To protect our tables from stains, etc. (you are welcome to use plastic covers from your local dollar store.) We do offer white round linens for $6 each.

​

  • Can we have alcohol?

YES! We recommend you hire a TNABC licensed bartender to serve alcoholic beverages. You are responsible for providing all of the alcoholic beverages and ice for your event.

​

  • Do you require event insurance?​

NO! Event insurance is not required but we recommend you talk with your local insurance agent to discuss the benefits of event insurance.​
